Expert assessment and personalised treatment for acne — at any age. Acne isn’t only about the visible spots. It can knock your confidence, leave lasting scars and affect everyday life. The good news: acne is one of the most treatable skin conditions, and the right plan starts with an accurate assessment. By the end of your appointment you’ll know what type of acne you have, why it’s happening — and treatment can often start the same day.

About

About Acne

Acne is one of the most common skin conditions and can affect people of all ages — many adults experience it too, not just teenagers. Its appearance and severity vary widely from person to person, and because treatment depends on the type and severity of your acne, an accurate assessment is the essential first step. Treating acne early and effectively also gives the best chance of preventing permanent scarring.

The Process

What Happens at Your Appointment

1

Assessment

We’ll listen to your story — how long you’ve had acne, what you’ve tried, and how it’s affecting you.

2

Examination

Your skin is examined carefully to confirm the diagnosis and grade the type and severity of your acne.

3

Your plan

We’ll explain the findings and agree a personalised, evidence-based treatment plan — with treatment often started the same day where appropriate.

Follow-up

Acne treatment works best with review. Follow-up appointments can be arranged to track progress and fine-tune your plan.
